Inspired by a journey around the world throughout history, we recognized classic cocktails like the dependably delicious Negroni, the smooth Manhattan, and the iconic Sidecar and added our own twists. A classic cocktail doesn’t necessarily mean old however; we looked to modern classics and institutions as well with our versions of the Shandy—the ‘Strange Brew’—and the Aperol Spritz—‘Putting on the Spritz.’ We hope you enjoy these handcrafted cocktails as much as we enjoyed creating them, keeping our guests’ sophisticated palate in mind.

Elderflower Mule

A beautiful mule variation using ten-times distilled glacial water Reyka Vodka and St. Germain Elderflower in a gorgeous copper mug.

Paper Airplane

This deceptively simple cocktail is like the childhood toy: it glides across the palate making you want to take another sip. An absolutely perfect balance of Monkey Shoulder Scotch, Amaro Nonino, Aperol and Lemon Juice.

A little known classic that we fell in love with in Nicaragua, this is Flor de Cana White Rum, juice and honey at its best.

Smoked Old Fashioned

We hand-smoke each of these cocktails to order, creating the perfect blend of sweet, smoke, and the base of your choice: Milagro Reposado Tequila, Woodford Reserve Bourbon, Old Overholt Rye, or Argonaut Saloon Brandy.

Barrel Aged Negroni

Our take on the classic negroni, using the highest scoring American Gin Aviation and barrel aging for three months makes for the ultimate negroni.

Rye Blinker

Hudson Manhattan Rye, Grapefruit Juice, Raspberry
