Inspired by a journey around the world throughout history, we recognized classic cocktails like the dependably delicious Negroni, the smooth Manhattan, and the iconic Sidecar and added our own twists. A classic cocktail doesn’t necessarily mean old however; we looked to modern classics and institutions as well with our versions of the Shandy—the ‘Strange Brew’—and the Aperol Spritz—‘Putting on the Spritz.’ We hope you enjoy these handcrafted cocktails as much as we enjoyed creating them, keeping our guests’ sophisticated palate in mind.
